Growth, Change, and other Inconveniences

April 1, 2016

Spring is back and so is MyArtisticBliss with a whole new look and some great things to come!

Welcome to April! I for one cannot believe it's already here. The first three months of 2016 seem like a blur and so much has changed within my life in its short span... endings, beginnings, good-byes, and hellos. There were many tears, but there was some laughter as well. So, as you can see posts have come to a standstill since the New Year, but recently the blog has taken on a new look and the development of many new ideas are in the works. I'm really excited for what's to come in the months ahead on MAB.

Spring is the perfect allegory for the transformations MyArtisticBliss is once again taking for change and growth can not happen without the decay of the old. After a time of bitter cold, death, and dormant activity, winter, which clears out the old of the year that has passed, comes a time of rains and sunshine, cold mornings & nights, and warm days... it's the makings of the perfect combination of circumstances for new life and new growth, spring. In ancient times, the spring equinox marked the beginning of the new year and I actually find that quite fitting. New growth, new life, new year. It all lines up in such a beautiful and harmonious way that it really seems all too perfect.

Over the years it has been a process of growth and labor of love developing MAB. In it's various incarnations it's taken on a few different looks and a variety of content, however more than ever before I believe that this is the year the blog will shine. I'd rather show you than tell you what's in the works, so you'll have to stay tuned.
